Cross-Platform MDM Setup
Samsung Galaxy and Microsoft Surface tablets are both configured through our MDM platform before dispatch. Android kiosk mode or Samsung Knox locks Samsung devices to your app. Windows assigned access restricts Surface tablets to your required software. All configuration is tested before the device leaves our facility. We do not rely on you to set this up at the venue.
Factory Reset and Data Privacy
Every tablet is factory reset between rentals. No previous client data, no saved credentials, no cached files. For Samsung Galaxy devices, Knox Guard wipes the device remotely after each rental period. For Surface tablets, we run a full Windows reset. Each unit is tested and verified clean before it is configured for the next order.
Stands, Cases and Accessories
Floor-standing kiosk enclosures, countertop stands, lockable security stands, keyboard cases, S-Pen and Surface Pen accessories, 16-port charging hubs, 32-device charging cabinets and MiFi routers for 4G connectivity are all available to add to any order. Samsung Galaxy S-series orders can include the S-Pen. Surface Pro orders can include the Surface Pen and keyboard cover. Everything arrives in the same delivery.
